With our service contracts you have the peace of mind that we will identify, manage and resolve the issue for you as quickly as is possible. We aim to have an engineer on site within the time specified by the level of service contract in place. Our service support engineers rectify the majority of issues on-site. However, if necessary they will order replacement parts to rectify the fault. To limit the down-time or any disruption to your business, we also have interim loan solutions when available in order to keep your system running.
